A message from the Founder
Over the years, I’ve studied, practiced, and received a wide range of healing arts, each one shaping my own wellness journey and deepening the care I offer to others. Through this work, I’ve come to understand that true healing is not a single moment, but a return to balance cultivated through compounding, supportive actions practiced consistently over time. I wanted a space where I could create an environment that supports our body’s innate ability to heal. A container for serenity and a slower way of being that soothes our nervous system and nurtures the spirit. Taoist principles help us cultivate inner wisdom, vitality and longevity through presence, intention and embodiment. Through self-care rituals, healing practices and therapeutic modalities our bodies have the innate ability to heal and restore balance. Since opening Muse Medicine in February of 2023, I have built and connected with a lovely and diverse community of people. I am so grateful to all my clients and colleagues alike who share these values, interests and work. This space was inspired by you, The Muse, a healing arts studio and modern sanctuary for movement and medicine. I am honored to welcome you!
